The Punachicks Kitchen menu is always changing depending on what is in season and locally available that week. Generally, there will always be a taco option, a sandwich option, a plate option and a salad option. We strive to use as many local ingredients as possible, including organic, pasture raised chicken from our farm, grass-fed local beef from Hamakua Meat Processors and fresh fish purchased directly from local fishermen. We source eggs from our own farm and many fruits and veggies from our greenhouse and orchard. We are working on establishing other relationships with small local suppliers in our nearby community to create as much of a circular economy as possible and cut out the middle man to keep prices affordable while keeping the quality high. 

 

This menu will be updated on Tuesdays (for Wednesday menu) 

and Saturdays (for Sunday menu)

Menu

All meats served are locally sourced and

all chicken is organic pasture raised from our farm.

 

*Cheese Burger with side salad - $20

6oz grass-fed beef burger on locally made bun, topped with house made aioli, lettuce, tomato & onion. Served with side salad.

 

Chimichurri Grilled Chicken Sandwich - $17

Grilled chicken marinated in local herb chimichurri. Served with lettuce, tomato, & onion on local oragnic sourdough bread. Served with side of slaw.

 

House-made Chicken Liver Pate on Toast - $6

Garnished with fresh herbs on a slice of locally made sourdough. A nutritional powerhouse AND a delicious snack!
