The Punachicks Kitchen menu is always changing depending on what is in season and locally available that week. Generally, there will always be a taco option, a sandwich option, a plate option and a salad option. We strive to use as many local ingredients as possible, including organic, pasture raised chicken from our farm, grass-fed local beef from Hamakua Meat Processors and fresh fish purchased directly from local fishermen. We source eggs from our own farm and many fruits and veggies from our greenhouse and orchard. We are working on establishing other relationships with small local suppliers in our nearby community to create as much of a circular economy as possible and cut out the middle man to keep prices affordable while keeping the quality high. 

 

This menu will be updated on Tuesdays (for Wednesday menu) 

and Saturdays (for Sunday menu)

Beef-Stuffed Cabbage Plate - $15

Korean mandu vs. Midwestern stuffed cabbage! Fight!

Beef-stuffed cabbage with Korean inspired flavors baked in a gochujang tomato sauce, served with fried rice.  

 

Chimmmichurri Chicken Sandwich - $15

Chimmichurri marinated grilled chicken thigh on a locally made organic sourdough bread with mayo, lettuce, tomato & pickled fennel.

 

Chicken Carnitas Taco Plate - $21

Pasture raised confit chicken with Mexican spices and orange, served on gluten free tortillas made from ulu grown in our orchard. Served with Mexican rice and beans.

 

Large House Salad - $10

A generous portion of local greens and veggies with house vinaigrette.
