The Punachicks Kitchen menu is always changing depending on what is in season and locally available that week. Generally, there will always be a taco option, a sandwich option, a plate option and a salad option. We strive to use as many local ingredients as possible, including organic, pasture raised chicken from our farm, grass-fed local beef from Hamakua Meat Processors and fresh fish purchased directly from local fishermen. We source eggs from our own farm and many fruits and veggies from our greenhouse and orchard. We are working on establishing other relationships with small local suppliers in our nearby community to create as much of a circular economy as possible and cut out the middle man to keep prices affordable while keeping the quality high.

All meats served are locally sourced and
all chicken is organic pasture raised from our farm.
Chicken Carnitas Taco Plate - $22
Served on house-made Ulu tortillas. With house-made slaw, salsa aguacate, and lime crema. Garnished with (local) feta cheese, diced onions and cilantro.
Nicoise-Style Confit Tombo Tuna Salad Sandwich - $16
Local tombo tuna, salt cured and slow cooked confit style, mixed with fresh house made mayo and pickled wing beans. Served on locally made sourdough with lettuce, and tomato.
Chili bowl with Fried Rice $14
A bowl of house-made three bean chili made with big island grass-fed beef. Served with fried rice.
Large House Salad - $10
A generous portion of local greens and veggies with house vinaigrette.
