The Punachicks Kitchen menu is always changing depending on what is in season and locally available that week. Generally, there will always be a taco option, a sandwich option, a plate option and a salad option. We strive to use as many local ingredients as possible, including organic, pasture raised chicken from our farm, grass-fed local beef from Hamakua Meat Processors and fresh fish purchased directly from local fishermen. We source eggs from our own farm and many fruits and veggies from our greenhouse and orchard. We are working on establishing other relationships with small local suppliers in our nearby community to create as much of a circular economy as possible and cut out the middle man to keep prices affordable while keeping the quality high.

The food truck is currently open Thursdays 3-6pm at the Volcano Night Market at the Cooper Center
and Sundays 12-5pm at the farm stand

All meats served are locally sourced and
all chicken is organic pasture raised from our farm.
Chicken Fajita Taco Plate - $25
Marinated chicken cut into thin strips, cooked with onions and bell peppers in our house made ulu tortillas, with shredded cabbage, crema, macadamia nut salsa, and local feta cheese. Served with rice and beans.
Chimichurri Grilled Chicken Sandwich - $21
Grilled chicken marinated in local herb chimichurri. Served with lettuce, tomato, red onion and herb aioli on locally made bun. Served with side salad.
Chicken “Noodle” Soup - $16
A simple chicken soup for cold wet weather with ulu “noodles”, onion, celery, carrots, and garlic in a rich house made chicken broth.
Large House Salad - $10
A generous portion of local greens and veggies with house vinaigrette.
Add avocado - $2.00
House-made Chicken Liver Pate on Toast - $6.50
Garnished with fresh herbs on a slice of locally made sourdough. A nutritional powerhouse AND a delicious snack!
