The Punachicks Kitchen menu is always changing depending on what is in season and locally available that week. Generally, there will always be a taco option, a sandwich option, a plate option and a salad option. We strive to use as many local ingredients as possible, including organic, pasture raised chicken from our farm, grass-fed local beef from Hamakua Meat Processors and fresh fish purchased directly from local fishermen. We source eggs from our own farm and many fruits and veggies from our greenhouse and orchard. We are working on establishing other relationships with small local suppliers in our nearby community to create as much of a circular economy as possible and cut out the middle man to keep prices affordable while keeping the quality high. 

 

This menu will be updated on Tuesdays (for Wednesday menu) 

and Saturdays (for Sunday menu)

Pollo Al Pastor Taco Plate - $22

Our succulent organic pasture raised chicken marinated and grilled on a spit with pineapple, served on two of our house-made ulu tortillas with cabbage, diced onion and cilantro, and salsa aguacate. Served with rice and beans

Chimichurri Grilled Chicken Sandwich - $15

Organic pasture raised grilled chicken thigh marinated in chimichurri made from locally grown herbs, served on local organic sourdough with garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato and pickled fennel.

 

Chicken Ulu Chowder - $13

Organic pasture raised chicken, ulu from our orchard and grilled corn in a rich creamy broth.

Large House Salad - $10

A generous portion of local greens and veggies with house vinaigrette.
